Bookings and Confirmations

Please telephone 02 4990 9966 to reserve your preferred appointment and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have.

A 50% deposit For Group Bookings or credit card details For Single appointments are required to hold/confirm your reservations.

Delays and Cancellations

24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or change your appointment or 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your card, unless in the event of less than 3 hours, where the full cost of your treatment will be charged.

Arrival

To truly enhance your experience, please arrive at least 10 min prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a stress free check in and consultation. Please note we adhere to prompt appointment schedule. This means if you are late, we can unfortunately only offer you the remaining time within your appointment slot.

Please remove all jewellery prior to spa treatment. Hunter Valley Reflections Day Spa accepts no responsibility for lost articles.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, eftpos and cash.

We also accept direct debits by prior arrangements.
